Although you are a State Farm approved repair shop, i hired your shop to fix my RAV4 so it would have Toyota parts on it, not OEM parts. It was a bit of a struggle to get that done but once Gissel realized that I was adamant about that, she was very helpful getting that done. Your shop was great price matching for Toyota parts as well.

My vehicle was a mess specifically my engine of my car. I have no idea how Toyota managed to mess with my engine and appeared to remove my original Honda engine parts. They had no business in my engine when repairs was below near the grill and a small dent on top of hood. I’m disgusted and will be taking this matter further. The engine in my car was totally different from what my Honda engine was supposed to look like. And they had the nerve to over quote minor repairs to Geico.
