They keep me updated on status of my repaires & even tried to finish a week earlier than planned but found a scratch on a lens that could not be repaired & ordered a new one & still got it out 3 days earlier than the original estimated date. Car had been cleaned inside & out & was show room shining on pickup. Very happy with Loop 250 Collision on Front St.

I would recommend Loop 250 Collision on Front Street to everyone. They told me it would be a week and a half for my vehicle to be fixed. I dropped it off on a Monday on Tuesday I received a notification that it would be ready that coming Thursday. I did not get a call from them on that Thursday, but received a notification on Friday that my vehicle will be ready the following Monday. I received a call late Monday that it was ready for pick up and I will be able to come in on Tuesday to pick it up. I was told when I got there that the delay from the previous week was due to them noticing a scratch on a lens cover for the backup camera and they had to order that which was what caused the delay. They kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and the fact of a detail of a scratch on a lens cover shows how how much detail they go into making their repairs. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
