The repairs are unnoticeable, the shop did a fantastic job! The receptionist was polite and friendly despite me calling with unusual requests. The only area for improvement that I noticed was that I never received a call when the repairs were completed. My wife called to check on the status of the car and the gentleman who answered seemed frustrated and stated he'd called the previous business day. I had no missed calls. Perhaps I was in an area with poor cell service and the call was unable to connect, but simply leaving a voicemail would've solved the problem. However, this is a minor issue that doesn't detract from the otherwise great experience.

The receptionist Jesenia was very professional and amicable. I got my truck back in less than a week. They even offered me a ride to the nearest rental car place. My truck looks like nothing happened to it :)

Well as embarrassed as I am to say that this is the 2nd time I've had to bring my vehicle for repairs within the past 6 months and both times they have made me feel less embarrassed. The repairs looks great! The car feels great and smells great because they also cleaned it for me inside and out. I am very grateful for Loop 250 Express and their team. I love their friendly receptionist as well. Thank y'all so much!

Yesenia was such an amazing help to leading us to feel very comfortable at the collision repair shop! I really enjoyed her personality and care. The only part that was slightly disappointing was the way they cleaned my vehicle. I know it’s not a priority, but if you offer it, I would expect it to be done in a good manner. Other than that, thank you for working quickly!
