The replacement grill does not have the opening for the towing bolt. John said he verified that he got the right part (no bolt hole). I will take this up with the Toyota dealership when I get my first service in 2000 miles.

Did a great job on the repair. Only complaint is the 3-4 texts telling me it would be done in two weeks (automated texts?) when it really was only the 9 estimated days. Just caused confusion and several unnecessary phone calls to get the real timeline.

The staff are very polite and helpful. They kept me informed during the entire repair. My car was returned to me timely and they were nice enough to clean the inside and outside. Wonderful job!!! I'll be back there if I need any other car repairs. Thank You very much!!!!!
